KINGDOM ADVANCEMENT

Matt 25:14-15

“For the kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods to them.  15 And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey. NKJV

This verse is often misunderstood in the churches today – those whom God called were His servants, and He gave them His goods. This means we own nothing and it was never ours to begin with!

Gen 1:1 In the beginning God…

If you remove God there will be no heaven and no earth – He is the Creator and Owner of everything and that will never change.

When God created us, He gave us His goods – if they were ours in the first place, then it is our responsibility to multiply it and increase it, not Gods. So in everything, the minute you take ownership of it, you will lose the power of God. In other words, you would lose the power of multiplication, increase, and favor!

We need to understand, this is our 1st rule in the Kingdom of God.

Nothing is yours till it is given to you; even our breath is not ours till God breathes it on us. God will entrust and empower only the people who know that they don’t own it. The goods that God gives to us is our assignment – you are now made responsible for them.

Matt 25:15

And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey.

Jesus never left the church without anything or broke, or poor – the Bible is clear, He distributed wealth before He took His journey. He is now just waiting for the appointed time for His return.

THREE Qs:

What is the Kingdom? Where is the Kingdom, and when is the Kingdom?

What? Rom 14:17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Where? It has always been here, there was already a Kingdom even before the earth was made because He has always been a King!

When? Because there has always been a Kingdom, that means it is here, now!

This kingdom will continue until everything is subjected to it, then we can say that the Kingdom has truly come…

Phil 2:10-11 (subjection)

that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

For many, Kingdom teaching is offensive – Question is why?

Because many prefer church as opposed to the Kingdom of God and this is why Kingdom people will always offend church people!

Kingdom people think outside the box, while church people has put their minds in the box.

The Kingdom will always be by revelation, so without revelation, you cannot operate in the Kingdom!. Everything Jesus did on the earth is by revelation – He only does what He sees His Father is doing.

The Kingdom of God is not natural, it is Supernatural by origin and nature – that means God has called us to live in the Supernatural NOW. If God is calling us in the Supernatural, then we must expect the SN in our lives – in your job, business, ministry, family.

So if the natural kingdom is in recession or in chaos, that should not happen to you…why? Because you are from a different Kingdom!

In the Bible, poverty is visible, it can be seen – that means it has no cover. If you are living in poverty or if you have a poverty mentality, in the eyes of God you are naked, you have no covering – your only covering are probably fig leaves. You are naked and afraid because you are living at the mercy of men, you are relying on man’s kingdom.

Matt 5:3

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

This verse has caused deception for so many church people, it has even produced false pride! Why? This happened because they were taught that to have nothing is to be spiritual and actually to possess the Kingdom of God.

In the Bible, to not have is a curse.

The Pope’s annual budget is around 150 to 165M US$ per annum, not to mention the love gift from the people.

One of the major doctrines of the Roman Catholic church is “to be poor is to be holy”, that to become a priest or a monk, you have to take a vow of poverty. Many church people have adopted the same religious mindset in the kingdom. People must be taught to become partakers, and for you to become a partaker, you must learn to walk in revelation. To walk in revelation is to walk in power. When you become a partaker, that’s the only time you can take a town, a city, even a nation for Christ – the church hasn’t been able to, for the longest time.

Going back to Matthew 25:

What was the difference between the one who had one talent and the one who had five talents?

God gave the one 1 talent because that was all that he needed for his assignment, he didn’t need 5…

Problem is he didn’t have the revelation for his one talent – many wanted the five when they don’t even know what to do with the one.

He was a church person, that’s why he kept his talent!

John 6:5

Then Jesus lifted up His eyes, and seeing a great multitude coming toward Him, He said to Philip, “Where shall we buy bread, that these may eat?“

Jesus said buy because He knew they had the money!

John 6:7

Philip answered Him, “Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may have a little.”

Here comes the church people – they forgot that they were not with JJ’s hot pandesal, they were with Gardenia. They were with Jesus – do you know how powerful that Name is? Phil 2:10

 John 14:13-14

And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

Outside the power of God, any dream or vision you have cannot progress, God will just simply shut it down. But under the power of God, even if you have just 1 talent, that would be enough to fulfill your assignment.

The Kingdom of God functions and is maintained by principles – but it is increased by revelation; so where there is no revelation, there is no increase. The kingdom without revelation is walking in blindness, so there is no advancement. When you have revelation, you are ahead of time – you see the future, that’s vision. But without revelation, you conform to time. Revelation is Supernatural, you cannot function using common sense or reason in the Kingdom of God, you would be in conflict all the time.

If you understand that you don’t own anything, it becomes easier for you to give. If you struggle in giving, let me tell you, God does not trust you and your prosperity is very limited – you may get somewhere, but that’s it.

There is a kingdom in need, but there is a Kingdom in purpose, we need to know the key to the excesses of God

How much do you need in a month?

If you are able to meet your needs, is that enough for you?

If your answer is yes, that means that the limit is your need because for you that’s enough, there will be no excess.

Understand that when God created us, He doesn’t have your need in His mind – God had His purpose in mind. God knows you by the purpose He has for you, not by your need. When you live in need, you cannot live in the Kingdom…

But if you live in purpose, that’s where you will meet our Supernatural God!

A person in need cannot help a person in purpose because he is consumed by his own needs. But when you step into purpose, God has to give you an excess, because if you have an excess, you can meet a need, even the needs of others.

When you are in need, you can’t meet a need – many come to church only to meet their need, but when they don’t get it, they don’t come back. The church now becomes a caretaker of those who are in need instead of making them partakers of the Kingdom. That is a broken mentality church and they will never progress nor prosper.

We all have a need – but we can’t think of our need because God has called us to a higher purpose. Your purpose is higher than your need!

That means if you live your purpose, God will meet your need…your 1 will become 2, your 2 becomes 4, your 5 becomes 10; and so on!

That is multiplication, not just addition!

When Jesus fed the 5000 men, was He in His purpose or need? So the boy gave not for the need but for the purpose – he was a partake of the Kingdom, so are you.

People in need will never excel, but people in purpose will. If you are in purpose, the anointing of increase and multiplication is always working in you! The person in need will get his salary, but he will miss his increase and multiplication…even his purpose.

Your purpose will grow and outlive your need.

When you talk about these men and the others like them, you wouldn’t talk about their need,

You would talk about their purpose and how God used them to meet other people’s needs. They advance the Kingdom, they used their one talent well…

Matt 25:23

His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

As the end draws nearer for all of us, let us strive to serve our Master well, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ… that someday we too may hear..

Well Done Good And Faithful Servant!
