There is a war going on today and we have been enlisted to fight in this war!
We are the church, we are the army of God –
WE ARE ALREADY VICTORIOUS!
As Part Of The Army of God There Is No Other Option For us except: TO OBEY!
Q? How are we supposed to fight in this war?
As the Army of God, we fight this war not with the weapons of the world, but by what comes out of our mouth…
BY OUR WORDS!
Psalm 8:2
Out of the mouths of babes and infants you have ordained praise (strength in NKJV), because of your enemy, that you may silence the enemy and the avenger.
Religion is not the reason why we come to church, neither is it just to have a worship service and fellowship. We come to church to receive teaching, and to be trained so we can Walk In The Supernatural Power of God – NOW!
The question we ask is – What Are We Doing With What We Have Received?
We are not to be complacent and become compromisers! We are not here so we can play church or religion.
God our God has given us something to carry within us –
THE KINGDOM OF GOD!
Luke 17:21b
“The Kingdom Of God Is Within You.”
God gave us power and authority to rule and to have dominion, and He clothed and surrounded us with His Glory which is His presence.
THIS IS OUR DESIGN!
God is going to give the church “Real Authority”, but with great authority comes great responsibilities; Failure to carry them out will entail great consequences!
Rev 2:26
To him who overcomes and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations,
Rev 2:27
27 ‘He will rule them with an iron scepter; he will dash them to pieces like pottery – just as I have received authority from my Father.
Jesus here is talking about things in the “MILLENNIUM” after His soon return!
Because we are to be co rulers with Christ, we are being trained to exercise authority.
We cannot waste our time because it is really short. Time wasted is life abused and ignorance will always result in abuse.
Wasted time is wasted life; time without purpose is a life without meaning. If you don’t know the time, then you probably don’t know what to do.
If you didn’t know what to do, most probably you are doing the wrong thing with the wrong people. You are messing up a perfectly planned future !
Acts 5:1
Now a man named Ananias, together with his wife Sapphira, also sold a piece of property.
Acts 5:2
With his wife’s full knowledge he kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the rest and put it at the apostles’ feet.
Acts 5:3
Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land?
Acts 5:5
When Ananias heard this, he fell down and died. And great fear seized all who heard what had happened.
Acts 5:7
About three hours later his wife came in, not knowing what had happened….
Acts 5:9
Peter said to her, “How could you agree to test the Spirit of the Lord? Look! The feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out also.”
Acts 5:10
At that moment she fell down at his feet and died. Then the young men came in and, finding her dead, carried her out and buried her beside her husband.
What Peter said actually came to pass! This is authority with awesome consequences. He did not wave his hand nor make any gesture, he ‘spoke’ and what ‘he said’, happened.
You see, life and death is in the power of the tongue; yours and mine; by the words we speak.
TRUTH: Even God rules by the spoken Word!
God rules by the Words which He speaks and the bible says we are created in the image and likeness of God.
We Have The Qualities Of God Within Us!
Gen 1:26a
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness and let them rule…
Gen 1:27
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
God is Creator, and He creates with words that are spoken, and that same ability is in man whether you are born–again or not!
Our words are creative – life and death are in the power of the tongue and this is one of the most fundamental realities of life. Your words have a direct influence on the unseen realm – whatever you say produces life or death, the effects are either positive or negative.
We need to understand that it is the spiritual dimension that governs the physical dimension, and the words we speak are the interacting catalyst between the physical world and the unseen world.
Catalyst means ‘a person or thing that causes a change’.
By the words we speak, we can exact change – either for the good or for the worse.
Gen 1:2-3
Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. 3And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
Just a spoken word and there was light – the physical world was brought into being by the words that God spoke. Because we are made in the image of God, we have Godlike qualities and the words that we speak have a direct influence in the unseen realm.
We too are creators, and the way we create is firstly by how we think, then by what we say – and they all have an effect, an impact in the physical world because they all become flesh.
There are three basic spiritual forces on the earth:
The Spirit of God, the spirit of man, and the spirit of the devil, all mentioned in the book of Genesis.
What happened in this world, the directions it took, were all effects of the influences of these three spirits which affected our history, our present, and they will affect our future.
The spirit of man, being at the center of these spirits, plays a major role in what happens in the world, so there are consequences to the words we speak. We were made to control our environment, and like God we were made to rule and take dominion by our spoken word, and the unseen realm responds to them!
They respond not just to our words, but to our feelings and thoughts because our feelings and thoughts give way to the words we speak. So even our thoughts, emotions, and desires have a profound effect on the world around us!
Satan had a profound knowledge of the ways of God because he was very close to God, he knew much of the mysteries of God and insight into the universe.
With that knowledge he taught the New Age how to manipulate and how to use the laws, that they don’t need Jesus because they are god!
We can use our creativity to create whatever we want!
Ezek 28:2a
“Son of man, say to the ruler of Tyre, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: “‘In the pride of your heart you say, “I am a god…
Ezek 28:2b
But you are a man and not a god, though you think you are as wise as a god.
Ezek 28:3
Behold, you are wiser than Daniel! There is no secret that can be hidden from you!
Ezek 28:4
4With your wisdom and your understanding You have gained riches for yourself, And gathered gold and silver into your treasuries;
Ezek 28:5
By your great wisdom in trade you have increased your riches, And your heart is lifted up because of your riches,”
New Agers deal with this all the time – how to gain wealth through these principles – visualization, dreaming, law of attraction, positive thinking; and they work because man is creative.
But the difference between the New Age and the New Testament is this: the new agers use these abilities with selfish motives in their hearts – all operating out of their own will and direction!
In the New Age, you are your own god.
You can learn to become wealthy and master the physical realm which is another form of Hinduism and eastern mysticism.
But the bible draws the line when it said:
Rom 8:14
“because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God”.
John 5:19
Jesus gave them this answer: “I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.
Even the church easily slips into the New Age when we seek to use our spiritual resources, our words and declarations to get what we want.
It is you who decide what you want, you decide what’s good for you, how much wealth you want – you say it’s in the bible so it’s the will of God, without asking God what He really wants for you.
We must be very discerning that we don’t slip into New Age tactics, that we are not in harmony with what the enemy wants from us – to be gods in our own eyes.
We are coming to a time and a season of tremendous authority. Authority belongs to the mature sons of God and the sons of God must be led by the Spirit of God.
Heb 5:14
But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.
Dan 10:12
Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words.
Your words are very powerful, even heaven is moved by the words that we speak. God wants to bring us to an understanding of how powerful our words are!
He wants to bring us to a time of being disciplined to such a degree that we can walk constantly in the will of God. But the words that will come out of our mouth should be His Words and not ours.
Isa 55:11
So is My word that goes out from My mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
THE WILL OF GOD MUST BE DONE IN THE WAYS OF GOD AND IN THE TIMING OF GOD!
